About Lisa Muller

Hi, welcome to this safe space. I am a Registered Counsellor currently in private practice. I completed my degree at Nelson Mandela University and internship in 2020 at Herbert Hurd Primary School. During this time I developed workshops and provided counselling services to the learners. The internship allowed me to hold space for children as well as parents in an empathetic manner. In my free time, I collaborate and develop psychological content on mindfulness, coping skills, bullying and resilience. During my PGCE practical, I was allowed to conduct psycho-educational workshops which exposed me to adolescents. I'm passionate about providing clients with a capable, empathetic, and encouraging therapy connection that will help them recognise and deal with the parts of their lives that they have recently found challenging.
